Italian Meats

Use one package seasoning for 2 pound of chicken, lamb or beef stew. Place the seasoning in a bowl and add 2 tablespoon of oil to the seasoning. Mix the oil and the seasoning. Add to your choice of meat and mix well. Place the meat in a bake pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in the oven at 375 F for 1 to 1.5 hours or until done.

Italian Kabobs and Burgers

Add one package of seasoning for 2 pounds of ground beef and mix well for 2 minutes. Make your choice of Kabobs or Burgers and grill them on a skillet until done. For grilled ground beef, grill the meat in a skillet and add one package of seasoning after it is grilled. Mix well and simmer with vegetables of your choice (zucchini,squash,carrots). Enjoy with rice or pasta.

Italian Pasta

Boil your choice of pasta, drain it well, add 4 table spoons of oil and Italian seasoning to taste. Mix well. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese. Enjoy the pasta by itself or top it with your choice of meat or veggie.

Italian Potatoes

Bake Red potatoes at 375 for 1.5 hours. Chill them in the refrigerator for a couple hours after they come to room temperature. Dice the chilled potatoes. Add 4 table spoons of oil, sprinkle Italian seasoning to taste, mix well and enjoy the everlasting taste.

Italian Rice

Cook one cup rice. Add 4 table spoons of oil to the cooked rice and Italian seasoning to taste. Mix well. Enjoy the rice with meats/ veggies

Sicilian Bread

Get a loaf of French Bread, slice it, apply Unsalted Butter, sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning, toast it in your oven and enjoy eating it.

Amazing Wraps

Get a 10 inch whole wheat wrap. Place cooked Italian Chicken or grilled ground beef in the middle. Fold from the right and left sides and roll into a wrap. Eat cold or warm. Great for schools, office lunches and picnics. You can also freeze these wraps for convenient future use.
