BEEF CURRY |
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place 4 pounds of beef in a bake pan. Shake
one bottle of Curry Sauce and pour it on the meat. Mix the sauce with
the meat. Cover the bake pan tightly with foil. Preheat oven at 400
degrees. Place the bake pan on the middle rack and bake for one and a
half hour.
TIPS:
Curried Beef is now ready...invite over
friends and family and enjoy a gourmet meal together!
Enjoy with bread or rice or pasta. Use
only half a bottle of Curry Sauce if you cook only 2 pounds of beef and

pan. Shake one bottle of Curry Sauce and pour it on the meat. Mix

Place 4 pounds of lamb in a bake pan.

CURRY

INSTRUCTIONS:
Place 4 pounds of prepared meatballs
in a bake pan. Shake one bottle of Curry Sauce and pour it on the
meat. Mix the sauce with the meat. Cover the bake pan tightly with foil.
Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Place the bake pan on the middle rack and
bake for one and a half hour.
TIPS:
Meatball Curry is ready!!

CURRIED KETCHUP

INSTRUCTIONS:
Take one bottle of
Convenient Cooking Curry Sauce and shake it well.
Use 4 ounces of ketchup and one ounce of Convenient Cooking Curry Sauce.
Mix well with a spoon.
TIPS:
Enjoy with French Fries, Baked Potatoes or use it as a Dip.
Top yourburgers or steaks or eggs.
For spicier taste add more of the Curry Sauce.
For smaller quantities, use 4 tablespoons of Ketchup and one tablespoon
of Curry Sauce.

CURRIED BLACKEYED PEAS
|
INSTRUCTIONS:
Soak half a pound of black eyed peas in hot
water for one hour. Drain the water. Add one tablespoon of cooking oil
to a sauce pan. Shake a bottle of Curry Sauce and add 12 ounces of
the sauce to the pan. Simmer the sauce with the oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the drained Blackeyed Peas to the pan. Simmer the peas with the
sauce for two minutes. Add one cup of cold tap water and simmer
until the peas are cooked or the water is gone. For that special taste,
the peas should be well cooked and the water should be gone.
TIPS:
Enjoy with bread or rice. Excellent with chips. Great salad topper.
Try a sandwich on hamburger bun with Curried Black Eyed Peas. A real
treat that is Meatless and flavorful. Good source of protein.
Should you use canned Blackeyed Peas, then please drain the water in the
can and use only the peas.

CURRIED
LENTILS

INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash and drain one pound of lentils. Soak
them in two cups of hot water for one hour. Add one large tablespoon of
cooking oil to a pan. Shake one bottle of Curry Sauce and add to the oil
in the pan. Simmer the oil and the sauce for 2 minutes on low flame. Add
the washed and drained lentils to the sauce and simmer the sauce and the
lentils for 3 minutes. Add one cup of cold tap water and simmer
the lentils on low flame until they are cooked or all the water is gone.
Add a little more water if the lentils are not cooked and simmer again
until the water is gone.
TIPS:
Enjoy the curried lentils as an entree on a bed of rice or pasta...make
a sandwich... top your salads... use them as a snack with your chips.
Extremely delicious.
